1. Who processes the data

2. What data we process
From the website form: name, phone, e-mail (optional), your message, any photos of the damage you attach, and the page the form was sent from.
Technical data: information about your visit from analytics tools, if you consent in the cookie banner, and data about the traffic source (UTM parameters).
3. Why we process it
So we can answer your enquiry, prepare a preliminary repair price and agree a date. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
For analytics and marketing tools the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who receives the data
The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (hosting and form delivery). Enquiry notifications reach us through Telegram and by e-mail via the Resend service. The map on the page is loaded by Google Maps — only after you click it, not automatically.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, the conversation takes place within those services and is governed by their terms. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, tag manager and Microsoft Clarity — anonymised recording of how the site is used, processed by Microsoft) load only after your consent in the cookie banner.
If you allow marketing cookies in the cookie banner, we pass data about your visit and the enquiry you sent to Meta Platforms Ireland (Facebook, Instagram) — your phone and e-mail only in encrypted (hashed) form — so that we can measure and improve our advertising. Without this consent Meta receives no data. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a job are kept for as long as needed to close the conversation, no longer than 12 months. Data on completed jobs is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
6. Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies provide the site's basic functions. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after your consent in the cookie banner; you can change or withdraw consent at any time.
Microsoft Clarity stores the _clck, _clsk and CLID cookies and only starts with your consent to analytics cookies.
We count website visits and taps on the phone or messenger buttons anonymously and without cookies — only the number and the source of the visit, no personal data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Just send your request to info@profsoyuz.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
